Spam emails are a regular part of the sales@ftrintel.com inbox. These emails automatically populate in the Conversations Inbox in HubSpot and create a new contact.
We want to block future spam emails and remove the contact from HubSpot. To do this you:
- Select the spam email in the Conversations Inbox
- Click on More in the upper right corner and select Block Sender
- Click on Block and delete contact
