- Please add Relationship type to your About this Contact section.
- View all properties
- Search for properties you want to add
- Hover over the property and click Add to your view
- Re-arrange properties based on what information you want to see at the top
- If you are having discussions with a contact who is a Vendor (hotels, printer, design firm) or Billing / Support (for subscriptions or custom work), please remember to mark those contacts Relationship Type (since MarTech has no visibility to those types of relationships).
- Relationship Type is only a guide to our relationship with the Contact. Additional details can be found under, for example, FTR subscriptions (existing client) - Events (conference speaker) - or Deals (custom client).
- Any changes to Other sections in the left sidebar are only editable in the backend. Reach out to Michael for changes.
- FTR Conference attendee, speaker, and sponsor information is now listed under Events.
- For personalizing emails.
- Use Nickname (instead of first name)
- For post event emails, use Most Recent Event Attended
- SMEs will update business card contacts using the Most Recent Event Attended property.
- If there is a conflict with multiple events, Derek Young will coordinate inputting the information.
