When an email reply is sent in Gmail and Log Emails is turned on, a new contact will be created....
Sometimes contacts email in requesting to be added to notification emails for content such as State of Freight TODAY or Coronavirus Intelligence. The following steps show how to manually add these contacts to the lists so they receive the notificaiton emails.
1) Start on the contact page. On the right sidebar, expand List Memberships and click Manage list.
2) Click on Add to list button.
3) Type 'manual' in the search bar to populate the available lists.
4) Select the list you want to add them to then click the Add button.
The contacts will begin receiving email notifications at the next email send.
