Retired - Contacts Who Provide a Personal Email Address

If a contact is retiring but provides a new email address to receive communications, then on the contact page:

1) Create a note: 'First Name' was formerly 'Job Title' with 'Company Name'. They retired on 'Date'. List if they were an account owner or user, and their subscriptions. List any other pertinent information. 
Must Do: Associate the Note with the Company and click Save.

2) Delete the old email address. Type in the new email address

3) Company name in the left panel is changed to Retired.

4) Hover over the associated company in the right panel and click the X to remove the association, so the contact is removed from the company page.
