Create a Note with information about the previous subscription information and their previous status: owner/user. Add the contact to the list: Account Owner or User removed - Purge Fields 1. From the contact, expand List memberships on the right column 1. click on Manage list memberships  2. Click the orange Add to List button 3. Type in and select: Account Owner or User removed - Purge Fields 1. click the orange Add button.
