Account Owner or User Removed - Purge Subscriptions in HubSpot
Process for removing subscription information in HubSpot for an Account Owner or User that has been removed from SubDNA.
- Create a Note with information about the previous subscription information and their previous status: owner/user. If the contact has left the company click here for marking as inactive >
- Add the contact to the list: Account Owner or User removed - Purge Fields
- From the contact, expand List memberships on the right column
- click on Manage list memberships
- Click the orange Add to List button
- Type in and select: Account Owner or User removed - Purge Fields
- click the orange Add button.
- From the contact, expand List memberships on the right column
Once the contact is on this list, they will be added to a workflow: Remove Subscription Info from Removed AO/AU
This will remove their subscription information.
